Welcome to KREZO (“KREZO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KREZO mobile application and related services.
By creating an account or using KREZO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use KREZO.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use KREZO with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By using KREZO, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You may not share your account or impersonate another person.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use KREZO only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Use the Services in a way that disrupts other users
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AI Features
KREZO uses artificial intelligence to analyze meal photos and generate nutrition insights.
AI-generated results are estimates based on available information and may not always be accurate.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be used as general guidance only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for dietary or health-related decisions.
Medical Disclaimer
KREZO is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
The Services are not medical advice and do not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary, nutritional, or medical decisions.
KREZO does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of nutritional estimates generated by the application.
Premium Subscriptions
Certain features of KREZO require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are optional and provide access to premium functionality.
Subscription prices, available plans, and included features may change over time.
Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are billed through Apple’s App Store.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions.
Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings.
Changes to the Services
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of KREZO at any time.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.
Some features may be added, removed, or changed without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, features, text, and technology available through KREZO are owned by or licensed to KREZO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of KREZO without our prior written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to KREZO, including meal photos and nutrition information.
By uploading content, you grant KREZO a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to KREZO at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of KREZO
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
You may stop using KREZO and delete your account at any time.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
KREZO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy of AI-generated nutrition estimates
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services
- The completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided through KREZO
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KREZO and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to KREZO shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no payment has been made, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which KREZO is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of KREZO after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
